I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always going out of their way to assist me. The manager, in particular, was amazing - he spoke excellent English and treated me like a dear friend, ensuring I had everything I needed. The hotel itself was very comfortable, with cozy rooms and plenty of common areas to relax and socialize. I especially loved the sunny roof terrace, where I could enjoy breathtaking views of the surrounding mountain and lake. The lovely garden was also a great spot to have breakfast and start my day.
I highly recommend this hotel to everyone. The service, comfort, and beautiful surroundings make it worth a visit.

We had a great time staying in this friendly hotel with our group of friends. the manager was incredibly helpful and spoke excellent English, making us feel right at home. the location was ideal, with stunning views of the nearby mountains and lake from the sunny terrace on the roof. the rooms may have been on the smaller side, but the ample common sitting areas and balconies made up for it. We enjoyed a delicious Chinese breakfast in the lovely garden. the staff provided free fruits at the front desk and there were big towels available.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The manager, who speaks excellent English, was incredibly kind and helpful, treating me like a friend. The hotel itself is very comfortable, with cozy rooms and plenty of common sitting areas and balconies. The sunny terrace on the roof offers breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains and lake. Additionally, the lovely garden is the perfect spot for a delicious breakfast. The staff here is friendly and always willing to assist. The hotel's location is convenient, and they even provide free fruits at the front desk.

Friendly and helpful staff. Great location near the lake and mountains. Enjoyed the complimentary fruits at the front desk.
Would have preferred a Western breakfast option. Minor cleanliness issues and a wait for hot water in the shower.

We had a great time at a garden hotel recently. the manager was very friendly and helpful. He made us feel like we were staying with friends. the location was perfect with amazing views of the mountain and lake from the sunny terrace. the garden was lovely and it was so relaxing having breakfast there. the local coffee was delicious and breakfast was really good with fresh fruits included.
